100 Year Old House In Waterbury   Author: 17  Category:(Sounds) Created:(8/28/1999 10:34:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (1450 times) I was staying at a bording house in Waterbury, CT back in 1985. I was going to college there,so I spent many nights up late studying. The house was 100 years old, and had the usual bumps and noises. It started off small...doors I thought were open were suddenly closed radio's turned on by themselves. My record player switched speeds by itself There was a billiards room in the basement, where, even without a pool- table, you could hear the sounds of balls hitting each other, and smell a lit cigar. The dog wouldn't go near the room. The scariest thing, however, was when I was sitting in the basement kitchen, and felt my hair being pulled. I was alone in the house at the time. How it changed my life: I was a total disbeliever in any supernatural phenonenon, but now I look at the world a lot differently.
