Her birth name is Scarlet Michelle Harbick. She is approximately 40 years of age. Her mother's name may be Carolyn. Birth father's name is Wayne Ronald Harbick. He was in the Military stationed in Corpus Cristi, TX. When Scarlet was about a year old, Wayne was out at sea and Scarlet's mother left taking Scarlet with her. Why we are looking for them: My friend always wanted a sister but didn't have one. When she was 18 she found pictures of a baby and then found out she had a half sister. She has been looking for her every since.
