It was a Wednesday night

It was a Wednesday night, around 8pm, and my dad was on the phone, arguing with his ex-wife. The argument had gotten around to my brother, where he was, what he was doing , etc. Debbie, my dad's ex, told him that she hadn't heard from him in 3 days. My dad got really worried , and he called Ole Miss college police. They put him on hold for like an hour, and finally came and told him he was dead, that he shot his head off. On the cd player, a Pearl Jam song was playing, 'Last Exit'. The window was open so noone really knows when he died.

Date: 12/31/1999 12:30:00 AM  From Authorid: 3125    I am sorry I responded to your pain in such an unfeeling way...I must admit that I had read so many stories that evening that I responded to your story that I just scanned through it and didnt pay attention too much except the opened window..Again I am so sorry..Yes it is horrible...You must be going through so much pain ...Maybe the police had to go check out some records before they could tell your Dad anything...I really dont understand why your Dad hadnt been contacted by the police sooner though...They had to had known who your brother was because they did tell your Dad when he called them..Not really coming together ..Again ..I am so sorry that you have to go through all that pain of losing your brother.Sometimes things happen that hurts so bad...If you want to talk you may IM me at Oxy45@aol.com sincerely

Date: 3/21/2000 11:08:00 AM  From Authorid: 1334    I am sorry for your loss but I dont understand somethings in your story. The coroner should be able to give an estimated time of death,I cant belive that the police would just say over the phone hes dead heshot his head off.can you give a little more info? do you have any updates?..sqky
