The state of California took us into the foster care system. My sisters were put up for adoption, they were adopted by thier foster parnets I was placed in several girls schools until I turned 18. Whereas I took off on my own. I have been looking for the last several years my name is Debbie Lynn Shelton-White, My sisters were born with the names Helen Yvonne Stephens and Lucinda Dale Stephens.
