The story goes : One night, the bridge was really icy and a mother and her child were walking along the bridge. I think it was maybe a truck that hit them or they slid off. Which I am not sure. So, the mother and her child died in the river. Over the years, this spot has become a major party spot. So, late at night,ohh lets say,uhh, 12 o'clock. You can hear various things, such as a ball bouncing or a baby crying. It's really scary, but to experience it worse.
