Tell me then why all other religion's are derived from the Christian religion? Who made Buddah or Muhammed? They came from somebody so how are they God? What happenend to creation before they came. Answer this for me why is everything the bible predicted true. Why is a book that wa swritten thousands of years ago have things about the future that are true? Watch the new movie Omega Code. it is a new movie thta just came out. It has the different codes that the bible had that has already come true. Before you try to get respect for whatever you don't don't try to bash our "little angels." Don't forget there is one true God and he is spelled with a capital G. |

Ok maybe I was a little hard on Jesus and his Dad, but I bet I know more about the bible than youknow about the bhudda. The bhudda never caimed to be a god ,just a teacher. He was born a wealthy prince and gave up all his material possesions in search of the truth. Jesus was born poor and only lived 30 years. So you tell me who made the bigger sacrifice. I would have died on a cross for the worlds sins if I got to be king of heaven. There's lots of people who have died worse deaths and got no credit for it. |

God said that we must live by FAITH not by sight!! God also said that without FAITH it is impossible to please Him!! You would have died on the cross, if you got to be the king of heaven? yeh but what if you already were King of heaven, You "say" you know so much about the bible? Don't you know that the Bible portrays Jesus as God who became man{emanuel=GOD with us} and died for your sin? He already had it all. that is why Christians say that God is love, not that we loved Him But that He loved us first. cared enough to leave heaven and come down to man to free Him from the sin burden. according to the bible. None of the other religious leader's claim that authority and they are all still in the grave awaiting their judgement by God. only Jesus was risen from the dead. only the bible presents prof of that fact and the burden is on man to prove or disprove that fact. if you cannot disprove His resurrection then you had better start dealing with the reality that God does exist and that Jesus may Be HE and that a judgement may come in this life of the next. |

| Date: 11/8/1999 5:07:00 PM Well, the inverted pentagram, the dead goat given by caine and the dancing around flames as a worship of satan were all part of the greek myth of the figure 'PAN', who was a goat who stood upright, played the pan flute and danced around fire with naked women for fun, hence the inverted pentagram(it represents a goats head)and the horns on satan. I dont know much else about pan, but it sounds like other people adopted this idea but thought that a goat wasnt scary enough to deter people from 'wrong doing' and so they painted him red, gave him a long sharp tail and teeth, red eyes and there you have it. But it makes sense that the naughty guy is associated with fire (fire burns...ouch) and darkness, and the nice guy with light and little fluffy clouds and nice little choirs singing ahhhh ohhhhhh....just lovely--whiterabbit |

come on now! There is no need for name calling Here, try to show your education and not your IQ. if you have nothing to say but cussing words; I am sure that there are places on the net for that type of thing, but not Here. this is one of the few places left that one can come and express their thoughts on matters of import. the other places that were like this are cracking down and this type of language is the main reason. If this is what your religion is doing then let me suggest that its not working very well. it is a lack of then why are you here defending any religion at all? |

It does sound angry to me. Again do submit your ideas. I think it would be interesting to know more people with your thoughts. Oh, yeah the first comments weren't towards you it was for the rest with Christian believes. I do agree with parts of your thoughts with the Catholic church. |
| Date: 11/11/2000 2:58:00 AM born and raised LDS (mormon) i have had all the best teachings religion has to offer on proving your self right, and studying other christian religeons i have learned every way to prove all others wrong, but when i found out about PAGENS, it opened my eyes, can you believe that God may not exist? maby -G-od is just one god from a multitude that decided to empty the picture of all the others, and "make all the glory be thine?" maby your mind just can't fathom it, try questioning your religeon no matter which it is, and if you get stumped, maby your in the wrong one... i'm currently considering joining a bhuddist religeon (if i can ever find info about their believes, if you have it e-mail it to me at kuraizen@hotmail.com) |
