I was stuck at home for 3 months due to poor choices I had continually made. After about 6 weeks of soul searching I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior. That night myself as well as my Mother saw visions of demons in our minds. I attributed this to Jesus expelling the demons that had taken up residence within me. With alot of spare time on my hands, I decided to clean up my basement. When I was cleaning I ran accross a ouija board that I had bought for my 13 year old son for Christmas the year before. After receiving Christ I now knew that ouija boards were evil. The Bible is quite clear on the use of witch craft. I wanted it out of my house. I took it outside and burned it in my fire pit. I didn't think of it until last July on the 13th. I was helping a friend clean out an apartment that an eldery lady had left with almost all her posessions still there. When cleaning the closet I found a ouija board. I shoved it in a plastic bag, saying out loud you are evil and going in the trash. The apartment was on on the second story and to save time and my knees I was droping the trash over the railing. As I was droping the bag all of a suden I found myself falling headfirst towards a brick sidewalk 20 feet below. I flipped over landing on my right foot splitting my tibia length wise and shattering my ankle, I then came down on my right hand shattering my wrist. My head then bounced off a plastic bag full of soft newspapers that I had thrown down previously. I was pretty messed up but I was alive and felt very fortunate. I believe it was the Grace of God that saved me. As far as what happened I have my opinion and I believe it was the work of satin or one of his demons. Due to my injuries my Mom came out from Co. to take care of me. She was cleaning some things up in the basement and found a Ouija board. I told her I could have sworn that I burned that last winter. So she took it ouside with a bunch of other trash and burned it. I was sleeping when I heard a loud explosion. I jumped out of bed thinking my mom was hurt but luckily she was safe on the porch I asked her what she put on the fire and she said nothing but the trash. The Ouija board was now deffinately gone. Or so I thought. We had Columbus day off yesterday so me and my 15 year old son decided it was time to clean the basement again. As we were cleaning I looked in a big box that my great aunt had sent me some dishes in last winter. There it was again. The Ouija board was back. I checked the box to see if the board was inside and it was all there. I almost imediately called my mom. She wasn't home but returned my call later that day. I asked her if she had actually burned it and she said most definately yes. I questioned my son and only having come out to live with me last January and having been gone for the summer with his mother when my mom was out here had no knowledge of the two times before when it had been burned, and he said that it was not his. Fortuneately he hadn't liked the Ouija board. I came home today and checked the basement. Fortuneatly I have not found it. I have written this story in the hopes that someone with knoledge of Ouija boards will read this story and tell me how to properly get rid of it if it shows up again.
