You couldnt see the headstones from our back bedroom window when we first moved in.. but later on... you could see them at the top of the hill at the end of our backyard. People would ask if anything strange has happened.. or if we were scared living there. We hadnt really thought about it at the time.. and then weird things started to happen. Our youngest daughter was just a baby and had on the wall a musical ornament. One night we were all in the living room when it started to play by itself. We looked at one another and went in to her room. It stopped... no one had wound it up and there was no explanation as to how it started. As we went back into the livingroom it went off again. Things like this would happen off and on. As my husband began to work nights driving a truck.. I began to keep our daughters in my bedroom at night with me. We had a German Sheppard and one particular night.. she would go in and out of my oldest daughters room... it was dark in there.. and it was as if she was playing with someone.. moving forward and backwards as if someone were teasing her with a ball... the thing is.. I slowly walked into the room and turned on the light... no one was there...... How it changed my life: It made me wonder... who/what is around us....... and was it because we were so close to the cemetary? Because our dog did not react in a negative way.. but a playful way to whatever was there.. was it a good spirit??
