Looking for - Dixie Barker

I would like to tell you the story of my missing grandmother. She has been missing for about 16 years. She was about 5ft. and 2in. tall. She had blue eyes, and brown hair. She lived with my uncle Eddie Barker in Ashland, Ky. My uncle worked for the City, picking up garbage. He said that she was home on the morning that he left for work. Now, here it is,,,,,,,,,16 YEARS LATER, and she has still not made it home. There is a detective over her case in Ashland, but can't seem to find any information on her whereabouts. I don't believe in people disapearing off the face of the earth. I don't know what her exact age is, but she would be approxmatly 70 years old. She was a little wild for her age. She liked to go to bars, and wear fancy clothes. She went by a nickname as BABY BLUE on the CB. She was borned in JOHNSON CO. KENTUCKY. Me and my mom sent what information we could get on her to UNSOLVED MYSTERIES but they said we didn't have enough information on her. If anyone can help me find her for the better or worse please let me know. It would be a relief for us just to know what happened. PLEASE HELP ME FIND HER.

Why we are looking for them:

Because she is my grandmother, and she disappeared without a trace 16 years ago, and I love her, and want to know what happened to her
