don't get me wrong.alot of the storys about ghost mountain are made up.Like the half man half goat that lives out there.I know that's b.s. but these storys have been going on for 2 decades.and my uncle heard some people chanting backwards when he was out there fishing on the lake.granted he was probably high considering it was the 70's.but something is going on out there and i think the police in cedar hill are covering it up due to bad publicity to their community. |

Just a few questions. Since I grew up in a small city in Okalahoma and traveled throughout many small cities in Texas I have to wonder. One, what are the odds that in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere you would find a cop. Most small town cops work days and when they do work they don't do much. But I'll say yes they did find the lone cop on duty that night. In this small town of cedar hill no cop would cover anything up. I've never heard of that town. Thus I would say any publicity is good publicity. As we all know but don't know why people will go to some wierd place like ghost mountain just to say they have been there. And no news company would pass up on a story about the next charlie manson...So in this I have hard time believing these things happended. I do believe you believe they happened. There is a reason people tell stories, usally to entertain but in this case probably just looking for a gullable person that is wanting to believe....MR HAWK  |

When I went to college in Bismarck, ND, there were stories flying around about Satanic cults and human and animal sacrifices out in the hills by the campus. Kids went out there all the time looking for a thrill and would say they had found bones and mutilated animals. Rumor had it that the chief of police was a member of the cult, so it was allowed to go "uninvestigated". I liked this story and it's so creepy that you found that pool of blood right where the others had seen that torso!...Ali  |

maybe the cop was involved with this. perhaps he was a member of whatever satanic cult you are referring to. these things don't happen freely and for so long without some sort of local law enforcement involvement. who else can cover the investigations up?  |
