It started excalating in 1987. They sometimes came to me in dreams, sometimes while I was driving down the street. Often when I was just sitting, perhaps daydreaming. Some were short, just a thought. Others were long with much detail. Often they were very sad... I never have dates, and most don't have places, but some do. I now write them down, often details are lost to me if I don't do this. Here are a few examples: 1986/1987 often while driving down the road, mostly highways, a thought popped into my head "look on the side of the road - a dead body" These "thoughts" persisted, I found myself actually looking, but saw nothing. Within a year, young females were being found in brush along the side of highways in Massachusetts. Mostly near Cape Cod. The "thoughts" went away after these poor souls were found. I don't remember how many but the number was in the teens. I confided in a coworker before the news hit the papers. In return I was called a "space cadet" behind my back. Pictures of spaceships were drawn with me as the co-pilot. How sad...... I never confided in anyone again. This is the first time since then.... #2 On Oct. 20,1992 I dreamed of a train wreck. Here is what I actually wrote in my diary: "I see a train wreck, it was going over a bridge which was high over water. As the train got to the middle, there was no center on the bridge. The train plunged into the water. There were train cars everywhere and a lot of steam coming up from the water." On Sept. 24, 1993, almost a year after my dream, an Amtrak train plunged into a bayou near Mobile, Ala. The front page of our newspaper showed a train in the water cars thrown everywhere, with lots of steam coming up from the water. It showed the bridge, the middle of it was gone. It was exactly as in my dream. Could I have prevented this? I live with that daily. I had no date, or place in my dream, unfortunately... I have many more like this, I cannot stop them from coming. I have tried to tune them out. I can't...... How it changed my life: I pray that if I must have these "dreams" that I can get more details before they happen, thus, hoping to somehow stop them from happening.
