The Unknown kind words you may recieve ...... Clifford

Hello Everybody

I have something to tell you all, I prefer not to recieve any sympathy for what I have to say here.

I had to run a few errands today and take care of some business. I went by a bank and talked to a lady that is a very good loyal friend of mine. She would help me any way in the world she could.

She has always asked how my mother was doing and of course she asked me that today too.

I asked how her in laws were and she told me not well and said that her father-in-law died in Feb. I could not believe she had not told me that. She said she just had not said anything.

Guess what else she told me? She told me her mother had died August 14th. My friends when she told me I just about hit the floor with disbelief. I got so upset and could not believe her mother had died.

I have never asked about her mother since she never mentioned anything about her mother. Yes , she was taking it kind of hard and I changed the subject a little bit to politics and so on.

Now here's the real thing I want each of you to understand and remember.

On my way home I got to thinking about something. I happened to remember that I sent her some e-mails sometime in August that were like God Bless you , happy greetings and so on and so forth.

She sent me a few replies letting me now how much she really appreciated all the e-mails I had sent her and how much she enjoyed them. She usually just thank me and go on. I got to thinking about it and then I remembered I sent them around about that time. She may have thought I knew that her mother died to which I didn't.

My friends for your advise from me , please always send kind words of encouragement to your friends no matter how much you know or don't know about them.

You never know how much you are letting that person know you care. They may remain silent from you and what matters is what your heart means to them more than anything in the world.
