Lets all take another trip through time as we explore USM B.C. Quest For Fire
A long long time ago during the dawn of man there was a land known as USM. Though the people have devoloped a langauge of their own yet I will try to translate what is going on.
"Oh Doughboy, your the greatest and I am in love with you so much be mine," Angelina said.
"No I want Doughboy," Zema said shoving Angelina to the side.
Just then Punkstarchic grabbed Doughboy saying, "No he is all mine."
As they fought over the very sexy good looking Doughboy even more women joined in and....
Oh wait, I was just informed that I might be mistranslating what is being said, so lets do this story without dialoge.
Doughboy lived in a cave with several other cavemen. He was one of the hunters of his group and the best one at that. No dinosaur could stand a chance against Doughboy's mighty club. But there was one thing that always bothered all the cave men, the taste of the meat. It was so bloody and slimy, there had to be a better way to eat.
But then one day after a thunder storm Doughoboy was out hunting and came upon a wild fire. Fires weren't that uncommon and all the cavemen feared them. As doughboy turned to run a flamming dinosaur ran out of the fire and dropped dead right in front of him. The flames soon burned out and Doughboy took a bite our of the dinosaur. Finnaly, a way to get the food to taste good. Doughboy took out his stone knife and carved off a piece and grabbed a stick and stuck it in the fire and headed back to the cave.
Once back at the cave Doughboy handed the meat to one of his women, Rebekah. She took a bite and grunted happily and passed the meat around. All the cavemen were pleased with the flavor of the meat and then Doughboy went out side and grabbed the burning stick he stuck there and brought it back in. The others screeched in terror but Doughboy pointed at the meat then the flame. Doughboy then grabbed the meat and held it over the flame. Everyone grunted with curiousity.
George, leader of the cave grabbed a piece of raw meat and held it over this meat and after a while took a bite and smiled. George grabbed the stick from Doughboy and Doughboy yelled out and grabbed it back. George pounded his chest and grunted pointing at the stick then at himself. Doughboy shook his head and turned around.
As they argued over who gets the flame the flame started to die out. Everyone started to shriek but one caveman, Jimmy, stayed calm. Jimmy ran outside and gathered up a bunch of twigs, sticks and leaves and put them in a pile in the middle of the cave. Jimmy then grabbed the stick and placed in the pile and it started to burn.
Everyone started to grunt loudly and happily. They realised after seeing what happened to the stick that the fire could go so for the next few days there was always someone up to fuel the fire. One night as one of the cavemen Base were watching the fire he was sitting there playing with the sticks rubbing them against each other. As he did this the sticks started to catch fire. Base jumped in shock and then woke up the rest of the cave.
Once everyone was awake he grabbed a couple sticks and started to rub them and then in a few minutes they caught on fire. Everyone cheered at what they saw because now they wouldn't have to have someone stay up all night watching the fire.
From then on that made hunting alot better because now any meat caught was cooked before being eaten but it wouldn't take long until they realised fire wasn't as good as they all thought it was.
One day as the cavemen were bathing in a nearby creek Zema came running in pain and plunged her arm in the water. When she pulled her arm out it was red and blistered. She led them back to the cave and pointed at the fire then her arm. George was very upset that Doughboy would bring some so dangerous into the cave. George covered the fire in dirt and sand putting it out and pointed at Doughboy and then pointed at the cave opening.
Doughboy left in shame and headed off into the woods. Doughboy did fine living on his. He would catch his food and cook and eat it. But everyone back at the cave havn't used fire since the accident.
Then one day there was T-Rex hunting in the area. Doughboy hid in an empty tree stump and the beast walked right past him and headed to the cave where everyone else was staying. Doughboy knew he had to save them buy weapons did no good against such a foe. Doughboy had an idea and rubbed some sticks together and started them on fire. Doughboy transfered the fire to the tips of his arrows and headed to the cave. When Doughboy arrived at the cave everyone was screeming in terror throwing stuff at the beast trying to drive it away but nothing worked.
Doughboy took up his flaming arrown and shot the dinosaur with it. Doughboy still had the stick had lit on fire and lit some more of his arrows and shot them at the beast as well. They did little good, in fact they burned out quickly. Doughboy then grabbed his spear and lit that and threw it as the dinosaur turned toward him. The spear stuck in the side of the monster and the stick started to burn in the dinosaurs flesh. The beast roared in pain and it's flesh started to catch fire as well. Doughboy then grabbed his knife and as the beast fell forward he slit the beast's throat.
After saving the lives of the others George let Doughboy come back and since then they continued to use fire but they had repect for the fire now. The cavemen eventualy found other uses for the fire as well, such as drying clay for pottery, warming water in large pots they would make and even cooking their veggitables.
From then on fire proved to be the most useful tool to man and the most beneficial discovery of man kind. That was until Kennyboy discovered the wheel. But what was a cave suppose to do with a wheel, it's not they could drive, but hey, Kenneyboy tried but Doughboy is still more famous and definatly better looking.
