I wrote this last year for my friends sons 3rd Birthday
Vroom Vroom Pedal to the metal,
down the hall he goes,
his mother one step behind,
saying go slow,
only 3 years old, and he's on the run,
His mama's only son,
one day he'll be gone,
With the Pedal to the metal,
he'll chase his dreams,
down the highway in his truck,
he'll burn up the road,
with his smile, and radio turnt up,
he'll make his mama proud,
putting the pedal to the metal,
The green flag is always waving,
he loves to run and play,
but there'll be a day,
when he'll put the pedal to the metal,
stir up some dust,
in his truck,
his mama will wish him luck,
with the Pedal to the metal,
he'll chase his dreams,
down the highway in his truck,
he'll burn up the road,
with his smile, and radio turnt up,
he'll make his mama proud,
putting the pedal to the metal,
He'll come back and visit,
give his mama a big kiss on the cheek,
one day he'll give up his keys, to his truck,
til then there he goes
with the Pedal to the metal,
he'll chase his dreams,
down the highway in his truck,
he'll burn up the road,
with his smile, and radio turnt up,
he'll make his mama proud,
