BROCCOLI AU GRATIN

1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup butter flavored crackers, crushed


Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Stir in the soup and cheese.

Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish, sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 4 servings.
