Joyce and I were best friends through Junior High School in Aransas Pass, Texas. It was a small town with prejudice back at that time period. I don't know about now. Anyway, I am hispanic and Joyce is black we're both American. We hit it off instantly and did everything together. She kept me going and laughing in the loneliest period of my life. I miss her dearly and have tried in other ways to find her with no luck. I would love to connect with her again so we can re-new that special friendship we had. If you can assist it would be so appreciated it. I'm confident she didn't venture far from Aransas Pass, Texas. Also, she would be in her early 50's now. She has a fantastic sense of humor. She was heavy when we were young, I don't know about now. The last I saw her was 1963 before our move to California. My email address is TexYo@aol.com Why we are looking for them:She befriended me when I had very few friends, I was basically a loner that didn't fit in anywhere. But I fit in perfectly with her. She filled a lonely void in my life and to this day I appreciate her friendship for that. We both understood prejudice and discrimination and so we had a connection because of it.
