Good luck and prayers with you! As far as getting your BC, Social Security, and License, as well as your cards. Just call your bank and let them know your things were stolen, Call the BMV or DMV in your area and let them know your license was taken, for your BC usually, you can get a transcript from the last school you attended which, should have a copy of your BC, your last job should have copies of all three usually, and for a social security card just go down to your local office and reapply let them know it was stolen along with all of your identification if, you have a divorce decree or marriage license that will usually let social security issue you a new card:D (((HUGS)))  |

Oh, one other thing you usually don't need all of the information so, if you can find a copy of your BC you would have most of the information they need. You need to know your last name that was last on your BC, your parents names, and obviously the date you were born, and what city you were born in, along with what ever your state charges to issue a new one, with that information they should be able to pull it up on thier computers. If, that doesn't work use the good ole sob story that you really need it since, your things were stolen and blah, blah if, all else fails talk to a supervisor! |

taxas.....I do not have a driver's license. i moved across states and illinois need a birth certificate. so what I lost was expired california license. my ss card. my school does not have birth certificate info because my father baptized me and used that for records. i am sure eventually i will get this straightened out. I just have to wait and keep trying. it is hard because if i get called for a job, I have nothing to show them. I am hoping that I can get copies of something from somewhere.
doctor first so i dont have a mental breakdown (seriously) then tons of phone calls to make.

no...they wanted the middle name of the man my birth mother put down on my bc. I dont have it. I also just found her. I didnt even know how to spell her last name. like I said..they are getting pickier and pickier. she cant even get it. need to call her today too. *makes a mental list. |

Well, good luck sweetie and remember to tell your new doctor you don't want the drugs you want the help!! They turned you down just because, you didn't know his middle name?? Is it possible for you to call CA with your old license number (if, you never switched over) and ask for a either a replacement card or a print out of your license record?? Do you know your old license number? |

thanks guys. the doctor looked afriad (here they have a meth and xanax problem). but she agreed to trust me that I am not an addict, that i want off them the right way and to work with my pycholgist (who cant dispense drugs but make recomendations). as far as my wallet...there was no luck with that. supposibly the indiana vital records show no record of my birth. I was never legally adopted, so i dont know what the heck is going on there. if this wasnt just so insane and unbelievable, I could laugh at it all...actually i do. it is the only way i am keeping my sanity. I cant get a job until I have some form of id for them. bills are stacking up and things will be turned off soon enough, I am being turned down for rehab because I am not bad enough, and now I dont exist:P *shakes head* |
