EASY FRUITCAKE

2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (26 ounce) jar mince meat
1 (14 ounce can) no fat sweetened condensed milk
2 cups candied fruit mix
1/2 cup candied pineapples
1/2 cup candied cherries
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dates
3 cups mixed chopped nuts


Mix flour and soda and set aside. Mix other ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in baking soda and flour that was set aside.

Heat oven to 300 degrees.

Grease 10 to 12 inch tube pan. Pour mixture into tube pan.

Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until done.

Wrap any leftovers in aluminum foil and freeze to eat later.
