First one sounds like you were in the astral world; second one sounds like you had a visitor though you may have been GOING for an astral projection (when I do that I start going upward or the bed gets weird too).

I thought i was the only one feeling this way lol!At night i had to turn the light on so i feel the light will fend them off.I feel like a spirit magnet lol.Just like last night i took the puppy out the front of the house,and here he goes barking at nothing,yet i feel this presence just watching us .It's truly weird,and i thought i am the only weird one lol.The first one seems to me you have just been welcomed by the spirit world.It sounds like "OldHag" to me.It sounds like an OBE on the second one,somewhere in between.It truly is a weird feeling,i see faces,bodies,and just things as i close my eyes.It's a weird feeling,yet getting used to by now.I understand what you meant how it can keep you awake.That's why i read,so it will not have a chance on me.....Good post....  |

Oh that is so weird. I'm had dreams or whatever they something like that. I know I'm sleeping but it feels like I'm awake. I hear someone talking to me but their is nowhere to fina them. When I'm in my back ysrd or in then somehaerereally there watching me.  |

I always know when I am dreaming and can change my dreams, however....in the time I could not...I knew it was something different. I have nevr experience what you are talking about though. I am not sure it is a bad thing. I would not have been able to calm myself at three. heck...i dont remember anything from that time except a voice calling me when I was four that sounded like my father outside...but then my mom came in because I screamed and said my dad was asleep. I only screamed after I repeatedly answered and he would not stop calling my name:P  |

I've only started having these experiences in the last 9 months, and get sick shortly after it... last night when the first one started.. i saw myself it was totally black... but i held my hands to my head and screamed get outta my head... it was pretty freaky  |
