My biological father Howard Bernanrd Martin left me and my brother Phil when I was 6 and Phil was 3. He was in and out of our lives until I was eight when he vanished off the face of the planet. The only traces I have of him are old photographs taken in the early 1980's. I do know that Howard has been on the run because he owes me and my mother and brother years of child support payments. I do wanna see him again, and thats the trouble, he acts like he doesnt want to have any part of Phil and I. I would like him to know that I do not want his money and all I want is to see him again. I know this much about Howard Bernard Martin: He is 51 years old, stands about 6'1-6'3 and weighs about 200lbs. He was red hair that is probably graying and was born in El Paso Texas. He was last know to reside in California. He served a tour of duty in Veitnam and he also served in both the Army and the Navy.He was an California State Highway Parolman and worked in Ohio as a Marion county! sheriff's deputy. I would appreciate any help you can offer, I need to find him before he dies and let him know how me and Phil are doing. Thank you for any help you can provide. My family wants to protect me from him, and I need to know him I do belive I am old enough to understand what has taken place in his life for him to feel the need to abandon me and my little brother.
