dreams or oobe's

When I was about 5 or 6 years old, I had a reoccuring dream that I would float down my basement steps. It felt too real to be just a dream, and I actually jumped down the steps one day, thinking I would float down them. To me it really happened, but my mom tried to convince me I was dreaming. Now, when I fall asleep, I'm floating outside, doing summersaults down the sidewalk outside my house. It seems like every dream I have, I float instead of walk. And they also take place in or near my house. What I was wondering is could I be having out-of-body experiences?

For a while I was obsessed with oobe's. Other than that, it hasn't changed my life. I know when I fall asleep, I'm going to have fun! Also, I'll add that I have frontal lobe seizures, and I've heard that they cause esp, deja vu, and other paranormal activity. I also have some strange telekenetic things that happen. Like once I used an iron that wasn't plugged in. So maybe that has something to do with it.
