about 14 yrs. ago, my brother-in-law just disappeared, without a trace. a record search thru the ncic computer data base turned up nothing when his ssn was entered. if a person is dead, the ssn will pull the word deceased. this inquiry indicated the number had never been issued. he missed the death of his mother and his family would dearly like to know that at least he is alive and well. his name is thomas rhodes and he is very tall,intelligent,industrious in business,and approx 55 yrs old. he has 2 children, a brother, jerry, a sister, sherri, father, everett, and his mother's name was bertha, known as bert.
