Dying and in Need of HELP!!

My name is Mary Louise Eiman,I am an adoptee desperately in search for any family member of my Biological family who would have any information concerning any of my Biological-Genetic background. My main reason to locate any family member is because I have been diagnosed with a very rare blood disorder called(Protein S Deficiency)which has disabled me now and has since 1985.At first I was bit by a dog,8 months later a puncture wound has turned into a non-healing ulcer.Soon after that I started to experience severe episodes with clotting up and down my legs,at times a blood clot will travel to various areas of my body.Sometimes into my lungs.Now years later most of my veins are shot to the point that I can not hold an I.V.line long enough to receive antibiodics long enough to get rid of an infection that is attacking it. The saddest part is I might die soon and not know since the doctors really do not know there is not enough techology on my disorder.And I am only 33 years old. I was born in Flagstaff,Arizona,County of Coconino at the Flagstaff Hopital on June 22,1965 at 6:15 A.M. The Attending doctor lists Gerald I. McMahon, M.D. the Registar was Paul Pertuit,Jr.Deputy. The date filed is 6-30-65,file #316.My birthmothers name was Mary Etta Teske,but I do not know her maiden or present day names since I was informed my parents divorced. My birthfather name was Alfred Teske,I do not know his middle name.My birthname was Mary Lucille Teske. At the time I was born my parents were in their late teens or early twentys.At the age of 4.I was taken away from my parents and placed as a ward of the state.While in their custody I was said to have been kidnapped by my father of which he was apprehended for such charge.I was then transferred to the State of California and placed into a foster family in the hopes of being adopted. The name of the foster family was Spykerman they resided in New Hall,Cal..I left my foster family when I was one week from turning 10 and adopted by the same family at the age of 12. When I was 6 or 7 years old I was shown a picture of a baby boy an told he was my Half-Brother.Right now he would be 6 or 7 years younger than me. The only other information I can offer is my birthgrandparents names were Orville and Lucille.It is said they are the ones that reported the child abuse towards me.Since there was such a report an FBI Investigation was made.After the kidnapping I was transfered to the closest adoption agency which at that time was Los Angeles,Ca..My case # was 60657 in the Valley Division,my workers name was Beth Ellis.A picture of me was placed in the San Gabreil Tribune in the last 60's early 70's in hopes of being adopted. This is all the information I have at this time. I would do an extensive search yet I do not have the finances and I Do Not have a lot of time. The Birth Certificate I have now lists my parents now.I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide me,as soon as possible.
