I am now 16 years old. When I was only 9 we moved in with a family, which we thought were friends of ours, but they ended up being enemies. My mom moved us from Harper, KS. to Hutchinson, KS. It was me, my mom, my dad, and my grandfather. We moved in with a lady named Sally, her daughter, and son, and soon also her husband came there too, but only for a visit. Well, my mom trusted her, so we let my grandfather go on a trip with her husband, but when we moved out, she kept my grandfather. I haven't seen him for almost seven years now. She told railroad retirement that she was his only daughter, so that she could get his retirement check, but he has 10 children, and she isn't even related to him. We know he is alive, but we don't know where he is, or what condition he is in. I only want to get him back, so that he can live with us once again, and make my family whole. My mom misses him dearly. Also, he has old timers disease, so he doesn't realize what is going on. So if she told him that we never wanted to see him again, then he would believe her. I do know this lady wants to ruin our lives and so far it's worked. I was just hoping that maybe you could help us find him and return him to our family. We miss and love him very much. The lady's name was Sally Deshane, her daughter was Ladena Deshane, her son was Steven Deshane, and her husband was George Deshane. My name is Ann Clodfelter, my mom's name is Mercedes Logue (she has remarried, but her maden name is Chavez), my dad's name is Earl Clodfelter, and my grandfather's name is Frank Chavez. I hope that you can help us. Why we are looking for them:For me, I went from being a child who spent her time with him, to a child that was in trouble a lot, and I cry alot, because I miss him. I sometimes run away, I think I also do it, because I want to go look for him. But for the rest of my family. My mom cries when ever she thinks of him and holidays are the worst. My father misses him, but doesn't she his feelings very much. And I'm very sure that it's made my grandfather very sad also. We all miss him and we just want to get him home.It was the worst year of my life and I'll never forget that year, but if we had him back in our life, then I'm sure that we could at least be able to move on.
