My mother was born Diane Urban to mother Lea Urban in Salt Lake City, Utah on September 18, 1946. Lea was poor, and had 5 children by the age of 20. (Roy, Diane, and others) The state of Utah took the children from Lea and adopted them out. Lea would now be in her early 70's. We know that she used to live in Kearns, Utah. She has remarried, Ithink more than once, and has at least five more children. My mother was adopted by Aurelia P. Richards (Mother of the Year, date unknown) and Reed H. Richards (Attorney and Colonel in the Army) Both are deceased. My mother is still a scared little girl and is terrified of being rejected by her real mother. She has given up. My name is Karina. I had twins last year. I thought my ex-husband produced them, because he is a twin. But it turns out, that I produced two eggs. Which means that somewhere in Leas lineage, there could be more twins. I would like to be able to tell them where they came from. I am desperate in my search. I have! tried everything, save Oprah Winfrey, to find her. If there is anyway for you to help, please do so. I am devistated. I cry often wondering why my mother has to die never knowing if that woman ever loved her. We are a very forgiving family and I am sure that she has good reason (even if it is just pride) for staying away.
