Hi, my name is Valerie Yolanda Garcia as known as Lulu. I am currently 18 years old and graduated high school and entering college. I have curly long black hair. I have a dark tan complexion. I have dark brown eyes. As I was growing up I was an only child of my parents but unfortunately I grew up withoout my father by my side. I grew up as a child leaning towards my mother for everything until I reached 10 years of age. When I reached 10 years old in 1990 I was reunited with my father and from there on I would visit him on the weekends. Then one weekend I had visited him. That saturday morning I went to my father's house and had a pleasant day with him and my new born sister named chantelly. I remember saying to him,' Dad I'll see you tommorow morning.' He replied 'Okay.' That sunday morning I went to visit my father for another pleasant day but as strange as it may seems he was gone. But all of his belongings were in the house as when I left it Saturday evenin! g to go home . Till this day I have no sign of my father. I wish that you can search and find him so that you can fill the missing space in my heart. His name is Victor Garcia . He worked as a mechanic for the most part of his life. The last time I saw him he weighed about 120lbs. If he is found he would be 47 years old today. His birthday is January, I don't know the exact day but it is in the first week of january. His nickname was 'Capitan'. He was dark tanned, had dark brown eyes and hairy features. He was about 4'9 when last seen. There was one rumor stating that he lived in Miami, Florida but no one seem to contact him or locate him. I really don't know whether he's dead or alive but I will hope that he's still alive, only God knows. I would really appreciate it if you can make my family a whole family instead of a half family. THANK YOU. How it changed my life:It has changed my life in so many ways. Now, it seems as if my life will never be the same without Daddy! I always wanted my father to see all of my goals that I have achieved in life. When I turned from a girl to a woman I would have thought that he would be there but he wasn't. I just graduated from high school and the only person missing from my graduation is my daddy.
